3 Smoothie Recipes to Start your Workday Right

There is just something about a smoothie that leaves you feeling clean and refreshed. There are so many benefits to drinking smoothies. Smoothies can help you lose weight, hydrate, aid in digestion and so much more. But, it is important to make sure your smoothies are both nutritious and delicious. Greens are a staple in smoothies and if you add the right ingredients you won’t even be able to taste them. Berries are also delicious because they add natural sugar and antioxidants. You can’t forget to add a frozen banana in order to get the perfect creamy smoothie. Below are three of my favorite and go to smoothies.

Green Machine

Serving: 1 /// Prep Time: 15 Mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 2 Handfuls of Spinach
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup or Honey
  • Ice to Desired Thickness

Directions:

  • Place ingredients in blender in order. Blend and Enjoy!

Berry Pie

Serving: 1 /// Prep Time: 15 Mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 Cup Kodiak Cake Honey Graham Bear Bites
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • Ice to Desired Thickness

Directions:

Tropical Island

Serving:1 /// Prep Time: 15 Mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1 Cup Frozen Berries
  • 1 Kiwi Peeled
  • 1 Orange Peeled
  • 2 Handfuls Spinach
  • Ice to Desired Thickness

Directions:
