My Health Coaching philosophy believes in focusing on what is on your primary plate (career, relationships, social life, etc.) before focusing on what is on your secondary plate (food). You can eat as much kale as you want, but if you hate your job or are in a toxic relationship it will still have an impact on your overall health & wellness.

I believe that eating healthy has to become a lifestyle, it can't just be something you do every now and then. I don't believe in dieting or counting calories but instead, trying to make healthier choices whenever you can.

Hi, I'm casey!

My Personal Training philosophy focuses on finding new ways to make you sweat that keep you motivated. I also believe that working out should be quick and efficient. You don't need to spend hours in the gym to see results.  Making workouts a competition with yourself keeps them fresh and fun.  I believe that there is a workout format out there for everyone!

I believe that fitness should be a release from all other stressors in your life. Working out should be a time for you to escape and focus on bettering yourself!

I played four years of collegiate field hockey at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, followed by a professional career as a member of the U.S. Women's National Team.

I played D1 field hockey at UNC.

Being an athlete may make it seem like things come naturally, but I know first-hand the difficulty in keeping yourself disciplined and accountable. That's why I became a coach!
