CWC is for anyone and everyone! You do not need to have any prior workout experience to join. I am your coach and will be leading you through each workout. I will offer modifications and suggest weights. 

What Level of Workout Experience do I need?

Many of the workouts in CWC are body weight but some workouts do use light to medium dumbbells or resistance bands. See recommended equipment below.

Continually switching up your workout routine helps prevent burnout. On CWC you will have access to a wide variety of workouts including cardio, strength and sculpting. You can choose workouts that are full body, upper body, lower body, glute or core focused. 

What format are the workouts?

All CWC workout videos range from 10-35 minutes. One video is perfect if you are short on time. Try combining two or more videos on days when you have more time or are feeling a little more ambitious. There are tons of options to fit all your needs.

How do I acess the WOrkouts?

CWC can be accessed on your phone or laptop. Pull up workouts anywhere and anytime with wifi or download workouts for when you're offline. Follow workouts at home, at the gym or even on vacation. The possibilities are endless.
