I have a passion for finding new ways to make people sweat and I love learning how to tweak some of my favorite cheat foods into healthier options. I believe finding a healthy balance between nutrition and fitness helps prevents burnout.

After years of playing a professional sport, I was nervous about being able to stay in shape once I was on my own. I'd always relied on coaches, trainers, and teammates to push me both physically and mentally. The fear of being alone on my fitness journey made me realize the importance of having someone in your corner.

I'm here to help support and guide you through your health and fitness journey. We'll work together to discover what is holding you back from becoming the best version of yourself. We'll create a custom plan to find the perfect balance between life, love, spirituality, fitness and food!
